Worrying about the clever phishing texts landing on their phones — or whether a first responder would have quick access to their medical history if something unexpected happened while you were stuck at work, or living in a different city.

I spent my career investigating fraud. I'm a Certified Fraud Examiner and led a national fraud unit within a government agency — so I've seen exactly how these scams are built, how they work and exactly who they target.

As scams have become more sophisticated and harder to spot, I wanted a practical tool that closed these gaps without invading my parents' privacy or forcing them to learn complicated new tech. When I couldn't find a system that balanced simplicity with real-world utility, I built it myself.

What happens after I place my order?

The process is designed to be simple and thorough, moving in two clear steps:

Instant access to your Admin Panel: As soon as your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your secure login details for the EverSafe Admin Panel. This is your "control centre" — add family contacts, set your notification preferences, and start filling out the online profile for the ICE card. You can begin building your safety network immediately.

Personalising your protection pack: Because your ICE cards and RFID Wallet Shield are custom-printed for you, we want every detail to be perfect. We'll send a follow-up email asking you to confirm the final information for the card holder. You might not have all those medical or emergency details on hand the moment you order — that's perfectly fine, and we'll stay in touch to help you get them ready. Once you give the final "all clear", we'll print and send your pack.

While this ensures total accuracy, it does mean your physical pack may take a week or two to arrive — but rest assured, the digital side of your protection is active the moment you receive your login.

Is this like antivirus software?

Does EverSafe Pro guarantee my parents will never be scammed?

No — and you should be wary of anyone who tells you otherwise. In the world of fraud, there's no such thing as a "perfect" system: scammers are testing and evolving their tactics daily. Any product that promises to stop 100% of scams isn't being honest with you.

Here's how it actually works: when your parent is unsure about a message, they forward it to us. On receipt of that message, our algorithm-based assessment models weigh the content against a range of risk factors and return a clear recommendation — Likely Scam, Be Cautious, or Appears Safe. To ensure the system stays highly accurate, our fraud specialists conduct periodic reviews of these assessments to help improve algorithm effectiveness. The recommendations we provide are designed to help your parents make informed decisions, but they are not a guarantee.

EverSafe Pro is a tool for defence, not a background monitor. We shrink the openings scammers rely on by giving your parents a second opinion exactly when they ask for it. Think of us as their digital scout: we're not standing guard 24/7, but we're always ready to help them investigate the path ahead before they take a step. By building this habit of "Stop, Check, and Decide", you and your family are significantly reducing the attack vectors that scammers typically exploit.

Does the HELP button call emergency services?

No. Two quick taps on HELP alert your family contacts instantly, with location, so the nearest person can respond. For any life-threatening emergency, always use your phone to call your local emergency services first. We're deliberately honest about this — EverSafe is family response, not emergency services.

What if I already have a tablet?

Use your own. EverSafe runs in a browser on almost any tablet made in the last few years. The EverSafe Tablet add-on is purely for convenience — it arrives pre-configured and pre-logged in.

Can my parent use this without internet?

The tablet features need home Wi-Fi — no SIM card or mobile plan, just their existing connection. The ICE cards, keyring tags and RFID card work everywhere with no internet at all.

What if I lose the ICE cards?

A full replacement pack is a small flat fee (currently 29) — new wallet cards, keyring tags, the lot. Your details and QR codes carry over automatically.

How soon will my ICE cards and RFID blocker arrive?

Because your ICE card carries personal details you may not have to hand straight away, we wait until you've provided them before we print anything. We'll stay in touch by email to remind you to complete those details. Once everything's in, cards normally take 10–14 days to prepare and post — and your ICE cards and RFID blocking card are sent together.

Who keeps the ICE card information up to date?

You do — and it's simple. Your admin panel lets you update any detail at any time, and the change appears on your online profile (the one behind the QR code) immediately. Keeping that information current and accurate is the card holder's responsibility: EverSafe Pro provides the tools to manage it, but isn't responsible for the details you choose to enter or keep updated.

Is the information on the ICE card and QR profile private and secure?

Everything shown on your card and QR profile is information you've chosen to share — you decide exactly what goes on it, and you can change or remove it at any time. EverSafe provides the platform; what you put on it is entirely up to you. On security: each profile sits behind a unique 12-character access code, which makes the link practically impossible to guess, and the data is held in an encrypted, access-controlled database with row-level security — so records can't be browsed or reached by anyone but the rightful profile.

What's the catch with Year 4 free?

There isn't one. After three paid years, your fourth year is free — our thank-you for staying. Pay for years 1–3, get year 4 on us. That's the whole deal.

Can I cancel anytime?
